The patient is a 55 year old, male. A mild smoker with a light form of diabetes which is under control. The osteointegration of the two implants in the area of teeth #44 (28) and #45 (29) was disappointing.
The treatment plan included the opening of a surgical flap and augmentation with Augma Bond Apatite®.
Three months post-op 3d Bond™ was used for improvement of the keratinized soft tissue.
