The patient is a 62 year old female, referred us by her General Practitioner. She presenting 30 months after treatment for breast cancer. The treatment included chemotherapy with bisphosphonates and radiation.
The patient had severe pain and decay in tooth 18 (#1), which caused an infection of the Schneider’s membrane.
