Right Premolar Exo Augma Implant Augma Shield™

Extraction using a magnetic mallet to avoid the distal implant with flap elevation. Prep at the palatal socket relying on the interradicular bone. Augma Bond Apatite® was placed first and then the osteotomy was uncovered and then the implant is placed. After which the Augma Shield™ was placed with a quick adaptation. It was held in place with 5-0 sutures.
