Extraction, GBR and Implant with Bond Apatite® and Augma Shield™
Compromised mandibular left molar tooth and socket. Instead of relying on exclusive apical support, it was decided to use the implant to add lateral anchorage in this immediate implant placement. Extraction, cystectomy followed by expansion in the interradicular septum to 4.3mm and after graft placement with Augma Bond Apatite® a 6×11.5mm implant was inserted at 50n-cm final torque.
