Immediate Posterior Implant with Bone Graft

A healthy 36 year old woman comes to the clinic with pain and swelling in the area of ​​the inferior left molars. In the intraoral observation, a vestibular fistula was identified, and the complementary exams confirmed a bone lesion caused by a root perforation (poorly executed false post) on the first lower left molar #36 (19). It was decided to do antibiotic therapy for a week and then the tooth extraction with immediate implant placement and bone graft. 4 months post-op the definitive zirconia/ceramic crown would be was made.
