Replacing Lower Left Bridge

A bridge in the lower left molars and premolars is replaced with 4 implants. Due to a narrow ridge, lateral augmentation takes place alongside immediate implant placement. Four months post-op the patient has thin keratinized gingiva. During the uncovery Biphasic Calcium Sulfate is used to aid in soft tissue growth.
